Softball has become our most popular program, attracting girls ages 4 through 18.

ADSL's softball program is for community members of all ages and experiences. The league's primary focus is to bring together a community of diverse individuals that all share a love for staying active. If you have never played before, we will teach you the game. If you've played often (hopefully with us!), then you'll be sure to become the best player that you can be by learning new tips and tricks.

Our softball league will teach you sportsmanship, teamwork, determination, how to communicate, and ways to stay healthy. These are all skills that are vital to have in life.

Players must meet division age requirements by Sept. 1, 2025 to register for that division. (Example:  If you were 7 years old by      Sept. 1, 2025 you can register for Minors Division.  If you turned 7 after September 1, 2025 then you would register for t-ball).

To enhance the experience and competitive opportunities available to our senior athletes, we are proud to announce that Senior ADSL teams will now participate in the Red Sox Foundation RBI League.  A direct registration link will be added for seniors soon!  RBI season starts shortly after our spring season in May.  Stay tuned for further information.
